The Rental Management Fee is deducted from your Gross Room Revenue to cover for the following services:

  • Comprehensive Rental Management: Professional oversight of your rental property, including strategic planning and operations.
  • Sales and Marketing: advertising and marketing promotions to attract guests to the resort as well as a dedicated direct sales team that focuses on securing volume group business.
  • Reservations continue to have the most up-to-date and secure property management system for our homeowners to assist with maximizing their rental potential, supported by a dedicated reservations call centre team, employed by the resort.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Rental Management Program participants will receive log-in credentials to access their Deerhurst Resort Owner Portal. Homeowners will be able to check their current and past statements on demand via their Owner Portal and receive important communications from the resort. 

Access to your rental property would be arranged with the Homeowner Services Office. On your arrival date, you will check-in with the front desk with a valid Photo ID and credit card, just like a guest. 

Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. For ease of check-out, you may dial zero (0) from the telephone in your unit and leave your key cards in your unit. 

While guest-related damages are rare, accidents can happen. If damage occurs in your unit, our team will assess the cause. If it is determined to be due to guest negligence, every attempt will be made to hold the guest responsible for the costs. All guests are required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover potential incidentals and damages.

Deerhurst Resort homeowners will have access to all the same amenities as guests and homeowner exclusive privileges when visiting the resort. Wristbands are provided at check-in to provide resort wide access. Offerings are subject to change.

For information on available units for sale within the Deerhurst Community, please contact a local realtor. Unit sales are managed solely by each unit’s individual owner and their realtor. The resort is exclusively responsible for managing units that are part of the Rental Management Program.
