Compass Grill & Lounge is where the evening comes alive at Deerhurst. Just steps from the main lobby, it’s the kind of place where a nightcap turns into a late night — craft cocktails in hand, chef-driven plates on the table, and a stunning 52-foot hand-painted mural telling the story of Muskoka’s rich heritage setting the scene. And starting May 15th, take it all outside — our Moet Patio is opening for the season, weather permitting.
Our bar program is built around creativity and craft. Sip on a handcrafted cocktail made with intention, explore a curated wine list, or go local with Deer Tail Ale — a signature brew made exclusively for Deerhurst by Muskoka Brewery.
When it comes to food, Executive Chef Gus Gulmar’s menu is anything but one-note. Start with tapas and sharing plates perfect for grazing over cocktails with the group, or settle in for a full dinner from a menu as thoughtfully crafted as the drinks list.
