Zumba
8:30am – 9:00am
Easy to follow moves to create a one-of a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms and training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Fun and fitness combined in one class. Dress is cool, casual and comfortable – wear running shoes. Leave your inhibitions behind, come ready to move and have FUN.

Guided Hike
9:00am-9:30am | 10:00am – 10:30am
Start your morning off on the right foot with a guided hike outside with one of our experienced Deerhurst hosts.

Pilates
9:30am-10:00am
Strengthen, stretch, and stabilize your body with this full-body Pilates workout done entirely on the mat. Using controlled movements and mindful breathing, you’ll improve posture, increase core strength, and enhance flexibility—all while building long, lean muscles.
Please bring your own mat.

Yoga with Krisy
10:30am – 11 am
Bring your body and mind together with the three main elements of Yoga – movement, breathing and meditation. Kristy will lead you through intentional practice moving through postures connecting breath to movement creating a continuous flow. Bring harmony to your body and soul!

Belly Dancing with Nickie
11:30 am- 12:00pm
Nickie will introduce you to Belly Dancing which is the expressive art of demonstrating the feminine side of each woman where their strength, beauty, and creativity are shown through flowing, sinuous, and staccato movements. Belly Dancing is for women of all ages and of all sizes. At this event, you may purchase a Belly Dance hip scarf at $10 each (cash only).
Belly Dance puts us in touch with the truth that every woman is beautiful and does so in a fun way to bring a magical feeling to your heart! Open your feminine side!

Latin Dance Workout with Lynn
2:00pm – 2:30pm
No partners! No experience needed! Turn up the heat to the beat of the Islands. Enjoy Salsa, Tango, Cha Cha and more!

Line Dancing with Judy Smith
3:00pm – 3:30pm | 4:00pm – 4:30pm
Let Judy cure your achy-breaky heart in this fun-packed session of Line Dancing. Dress is cool, casual and creative. Ladies…get ready to Swayze your way through a weave, ramble and mambo simply divine dance class! Judy Smith is a veteran Line Dance Instructor, certified POUND instructor, certified Old Adult Specialist and certified Spin Instructor.

Bookclub Discussion with Author Lori Knowles

Join award-winning author Lori Knowles for an inspiring conversation and bookclub discussion about her debut Muskoka novel, Summers with Miss Elizabeth. Set against the backdrop of lakes, grand cottages, and timeless friendships, this captivating, coming-of-age story explores love, identity, and the ties that bind us together.
Lori will join in a bookclub discussion, and will share the inspiration behind the book, her journey as a writer, and the unique role Muskoka plays in her storytelling. The session includes a special reading, plus an opportunity to ask your own questions.

Cannabis 101
12:00pm – 12:30pm | 1pm – 1:30pm | 2:00 – 2:30pm
Kasa Kana was created by a family whose passions are cannabis and people. They are developing an elevated cannabis experience and learning to improve the industry by working closely with top licensed producers from across the country. Through hand selection and with eyes on the newest growers and strains, they provide their communities a safe and welcoming experience. During this Cannabis Education session, learn the difference between THC & CBD, the do’s and don’ts with Cannabis as well as a Edible and Beverage sampling (un-infused).

Mixology
1pm – 1:30pm | 2:00pm – 2:30pm | 3:00pm – 3:30pm
Join the Breakthru Beverage Canada company for an informative session and live demonstration on how to craft the perfect cocktail. Reward yourself after this session with a sample of the feature drink. Recipe cards will also be provided for you to take home so you can impress your friends and family by replicating this beverage at your next get together. Cheers!
