I am writing to tell you how impressed I was with Deerhurst Resort during my recent stay attending the CSAE Trillium Chapter Summer Summit July 8 – 10. What truly impressed me was the food and service! I don’t remember ever having such a quick buffet line up experience and such amazingly great food! The staff at every level couldn’t do enough for us. It was a pleasure to feel so welcome. My room in the main building was extremely comfortable, and logging on to the complementary internet was quick and effortless. The evening you hosted us on the beach was awesome. Again, courteous service and fabulous food – and on open bar – that just topped it off (as did the huge 10th anniversary cake).
I will highly recommend Deerhurst to my association clients, professional colleagues, friends and family – heck even strangers! Congratulations on getting it right in every way. Hats off to the chefs too!

We all had a great time and the venue was fabulous. Thanks so much for the attention to detail. Every staff member that we met or talked to was wonderful and the view from my room was breathtaking. It was hard to come back to the noise and pollution in the city. It was decided that every third year our strategy meeting will be held in Canada. See you then!

Our team came from all over Ontario, and although I have had the pleasure of Deerhurst hospitality on numerous occasions, for many, this was their first stay at your resort. Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville is always my favourite venue to host events at! The facilities are spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff are so helpful and friendly that my delegates are constantly commenting on how amazing they are! As an event planner, it’s the background things the staff do that impress me the most. They are always ready for quick changes to schedule, numbers and logistics and special requests. A special shout out to John Brown, Food and Beverage Manger, who is the best in the industry! I would recommend this venue to any event planner who wants to impress their delegates!

The tour the first night really helped with me directing the attendees and as I had been there before it made things easier to navigate. Everything was really great! Phil and I were both happy with the offsite and all the feedback we received from the attendees was positive. Thanks for all your help and I will be recommending your venue to other teams at Rogers. Your staff at all the restaurants & bar were amazing, we even had someone come quietly into the meeting space to hand the gentlemen his glasses, that he didn’t even realized he left at the breakfast table. Now he was impressed and so was I cause I watched the person come in…very professional and so helpful as you can guess it would have been me…searching for the missing eye-wear.
