Espresso 201: Latte Art

Ready to take your espresso skills further? Espresso 201 is a two-hour, small-group workshop focused on milk steaming and latte art fundamentals. You’ll work through proper milk texture, temperature control, and pouring techniques — exploring different types of milk and how each behaves. You’ll learn how to create balanced microfoam, improve consistency, and begin pouring simple patterns with intention.

Dino Light Presented by the HfA

Dino-Light, formerly known as Darwin the Dinosaur, was the recipient of the prestigious Jim Henson Foundation Grant and first feature-length theatrical production created and performed by creators Ian Carney and Corbin Popp.
