With over 1600 freshwater lakes dotted throughout Muskoka, the water is the place to be in Ontario’s famed ‘cottage country.’ With its extensive shoreline on Peninsula Lake, Deerhurst offers a variety of waterfront fun featuring a newly expanded sandy beach and watersports & boat rental centre. Waterfront activities vary from mid-May to early October.
Please note that fishing from our kayaks, canoes, SUP and corcles is not permitted.
Separate guest wristbands provide access to waterfront activities once a waiver is signed. In order to save time and social distancing – please sign your waiver before you arrive at Deerhurst Resort so that we can outfit you with all your Recreation equipment without delays.
Please note: DEERHURST’S WATERFRONT AND GROUNDS ARE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF RESORT GUESTS AND HOMEOWNERS.
GUEST WRISTBANDS are now required to access to the waterfront, grounds and the activities and benefits included with your resort fee. These must be worn for the duration of your stay. Guests 5 and under will not need to wear a wrist band. Wrist bands cannot be shared between resort guests or outside visitors.
