Kick off the weekend with a wine and cheese welcome reception — two curated pours, a charcuterie spread, and a relaxed introduction to the people and wines you’ll be spending the weekend with.

Exclusive Riedel Wine Glass Experience

Ever wondered if the right glass really makes a difference? Spoiler alert: it does! This highly sought-after guided tasting, using a renowned Riedel Wine Tasting Set, takes you on a journey to discover how the shape of a glass influences the aroma, flavour, and overall enjoyment of wine. Your set is yours to take home — a $109 value and keepsake of the weekend.

Saturday, November 21 | THE MAIN EVENT | 7:00 – 10:00 PM

The heart of the weekend. Sample wines from a curated selection of wineries, graze through chef-driven marché-style food stations, and take in live music in a lively, social atmosphere. This is Uncorked at its best — unhurried, just great wine and better company.

Is dinner included in the package?

Both evenings include food, but they’re in different formats. Friday’s welcome reception is a charcuterie and wine experience — think elevated snacking, not a seated dinner. It’s designed to welcome you into the weekend over great conversations and a couple of pours. Saturday’s soirée is the main food event — chef-driven marché-style stations are set up as a dinner experience. We recommend planning a dinner before Friday’s reception.

Can I purchase additional wine samples beyond my included tickets?

Yes — additional tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the event so you can explore more of the wine selections beyond your included pours.

Is the soirée a seated dinner or more of a mingling event?

The Saturday soirée is a marché-style standing event — chef-driven food stations are set up throughout the space, encouraging you to move around, graze, and mingle. It’s lively and social by design.
