Outdoor activities are dependent on weather* Rate is per room, per night, based on double occupancy (two adults per room) with up to two children 18 years and under sharing parents’ room free. Rates shown are applicable to select accommodations and may fluctuate based on dates and availability. Subject to availability and minimum stay requirements. (i.e. two and three night stays may be required on select dates). 13% HST, 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (Huntsville) and resort fee are additional.

Q: What should I expect in terms of washroom facilities?
A: Portable washrooms are available on-site for guests.
Q: What are the event hours?
A: Open 7 days a week from 5 PM – 9 PM.
No walk-ins. Entry is by advance ticket. Limited capacity. Please use the promo code and booking link provided in your booking confirmation to reserve your date before your stay at Deerhurst Resort.
Q: Is parking free at Sandhill Nursery?
A: Yes, parking is free.
Q: Is the path accessible?
A: Accessibility depends on weather and ground conditions, which can change daily. The path is primarily wood-chip based. We encourage you to contact the Sandhill team to discuss your specific needs before visiting at 705-789-5319 ext 0 or orders@sandhillnursery.ca.
Q: How long is the Forest of Light walk?
A: The light walk is approximately 1 kilometre from the entrance to the exit. It winds through the field and forest, then back through the garden centre, creating a beautiful outdoor experience from start to finish. Please dress warmly and wear suitable footwear for walking outdoors.
Q: Is this all outside?
A: Yes, this is an outdoor event. Please come prepared with proper footwear and weather-appropriate layers.
